About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship with Vriddhikar Society provides an opportunity to contribute to socially impactful educational projects from a remote setting. The selected intern will focus on designing and creating psychological educational content tailored to student behaviors and traits.
Primary Duties
- Develop learning activities centered on psychological patterns, habits, and student behaviors.
- Produce organized educational materials including worksheets, reflection forms, mentor guides, and interactive exercises.
- Create assessment tools targeting key areas such as focus, motivation, discipline, and learning habits.
- Conduct research to find credible YouTube videos, articles, and other resources supportive of learning activities.
- Leverage AI technologies to draft initial content and enhance it for clarity, comprehension, and learner engagement.
- Convert educational materials into well-structured presentations using Google Slides or AI-driven presentation software.
- Assist in designing multi-tiered content appropriate for various student grade levels, from foundational to advanced stages.
- Ensure all content is systematically documented and tracked through organized version control.
- Work closely with the product team to align content development with overarching learning objectives.
