This internship offers hands-on experience in engaging prospective learners to help them identify suitable educational programs tailored to their career aspirations. Interns will generate leads through proactive outreach and maintain continual communication to facilitate enrollment in SkillOrbit's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact directly with potential learners to comprehend their educational and professional goals.
- Advise candidates on appropriate SkillOrbit courses according to their needs.
- Develop and qualify leads through cold calls, outbound messaging, and consistent follow-ups.
- Effectively present program advantages, respond to questions, and manage objections.
- Provide counseling and support throughout the learner enrollment process.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of leads, updating the sales pipeline within a CRM system.
- Meet and surpass prescribed enrollment targets on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
- Foster ongoing positive relationships to enhance learner satisfaction.
- Supply valuable market and consumer insights to the Sales and Marketing teams for process improvement.
