About the Internship
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources while working remotely. The intern will support various recruitment and HR activities, contributing directly to building and maintaining an efficient workforce for a next-gen quick commerce startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Broxer, and job portals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screening calls to gather pertinent details.
- Advertise job openings through recruitment channels and social media.
- Maintain and update databases related to candidate profiles, interview statuses, and recruitment tracking.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates on interviews, assignments, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Help onboard new employees and interns, including document preparation and process facilitation.
- Draft offer letters, internship agreements, joining documents, and other basic HR paperwork.
- Manage records of employee attendance, leaves, and other HR documentation as needed.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications efforts.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand and meet their recruitment needs.
- Support HR and management teams through general administrative and HR-related tasks.
