This internship at Ethical Den offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources functions within a dynamic digital marketing and software development company established in June 2021. The company focuses on digital infrastructure and cyber hygiene education worldwide, providing services such as security audits, digital marketing, website and application development, info and data-driven services, and training on advanced technologies including ethical hacking, AI, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist candidates for various roles.
- Perform initial candidate screening and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment stages.
- Keep thorough records of candidates and track recruitment progress.
- Assist with onboarding procedures and manage basic HR documentation.
- Provide support in daily HR operations as needed.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, onsite internship.
- Ready to begin between September 7, 2026, and October 12, 2026.
- Committed to completing the 2-month internship duration.
- Residency in Kolkata is required.
- Possess the relevant skills and interest in human resources.
Stipend and Perks
