Internship Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to assist with key Human Resources functions while working remotely in a part-time capacity. The selected interns will engage in various responsibilities centered around recruitment, candidate engagement, and HR operations over a 6-month period, starting immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fundamental HR operational and administrative duties assigned during the internship.
- Contribute to enhancing recruitment approaches and improving the engagement experience for candidates.
- Maintain continuous, effective communication with candidates to ensure smooth coordination and timely follow-ups.
- Keep the candidate database current and accurate.
- Support onboarding processes by guiding new hires through joining formalities.
- Help ensure candidates experience a professional and positive hiring journey.
Candidate Requirements
- Interest and enthusiasm for HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition fields.
- Commitment to a minimum internship duration of six months.
- Willingness to engage with candidates daily through calls and interactions.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Dedication to successfully fulfilling assigned responsibilities.

Compensation and Perks
- A monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,500 to 13,000, comprising a fixed pay between INR 10,000 and 12,000 plus incentives from INR 500 to 1,000.
