Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment by managing job postings, screening CVs, and conducting preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand their candidate requirements and support sourcing efforts.
- Facilitate onboarding processes including organizing orientation sessions for new employees to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct administrative HR duties such as upkeep of employee records and organizing training programs.
- Serve as an HR point of contact, clarifying company policies and HR procedures to employees.
- Support employee engagement through organizing team-building events and recognition initiatives.
- Participate in internal projects aimed at enriching company culture and fostering employee growth.
