Join GrowMyTherapy as a Front End Development intern and contribute to building customized, visually engaging websites for therapists and mental health professionals, utilizing Next.js and Tailwind CSS. This role offers the chance to design unique layouts, carefully select images, themes, and color schemes, and craft compelling website copy such as homepages, service pages, and calls to action, all in clear and confident English.
Your daily tasks will include customizing website templates, developing reusable design components, and maintaining effective communication with clients through updates and brief walkthrough videos. Participate actively in daily stand-ups and collaborate closely with the founder and team, while efficiently integrating feedback to uphold high UI/UX and design standards. You will manage your workflows independently in a remote, fast-paced setting, which occasionally requires late hours due to working with U.S.-based clients.

Additional Information & Terms
- The stipend combines a fixed monthly pay between ₹10,000 and ₹20,000 and incentive pay from ₹7,500 to ₹10,000, totaling ₹17,500 to ₹30,000 monthly.
- Successful interns may receive a job offer with a starting salary ranging from ₹420,000 to ₹800,000 annually.
- This position is fully remote with an expectation of 8 hours per day over the internship period, with long-term growth opportunities.
