About the Internship
Join InfinityX Innovations Private Limited as a Founder’s Office intern, where you'll gain firsthand experience supporting a pioneering hardware startup. Our patented battery cell swapping technology enables rapid EV charging, and our diverse team comprises experts across mechanical, electrical engineering, firmware, design, and more. This role offers a unique chance to collaborate closely with the founder, contributing meaningfully to daily operations and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner daily with the CEO to manage priorities, prepare for meetings, and ensure follow-ups.
- Create and maintain strategic presentations, concise reports, and one-page briefs.
- Monitor organizational OKRs, crucial metrics, and track action items across various teams.
- Assist with recruitment by screening resumes, organizing interviews, gathering feedback, and preparing offer documents.
- Draft meeting agendas, document leadership discussions, and oversee task tracking.
- Perform quick market and competitor analyses to inform business and product strategies.
- Coordinate between product, engineering, and operations departments to advance cross-functional initiatives.
- Compose emails, memos, and updates on behalf of the CEO for internal and external communication.
- Facilitate communications with vendors and partners; support documentation and process enhancements.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc strategic projects such as pilot programs, market expansion exploration, and internal tool development.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Recent graduates of 2025 or 2026 or final-year students in Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise summaries and email correspondence.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office applications including Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, and Docs/Word.
- Highly organized and proactive, comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous internship experience in startups, consulting, strategy, or operations is advantageous.
- Genuine interest in hardware, electric vehicles, energy, or deep-tech startups is a plus.
- Must be available full-time in-office and able to begin between 9th September 2026 and 14th October 2026, for a 6-month tenure.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 17,500 to 20,000. Additional perks include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, and a relaxed dress code to foster a comfortable working environment.
