About the Internship
This internship offers a remote, part-time opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management within an innovative and supportive educational community called 'My Equation.' The team is passionate, creative, and committed to delivering exceptional results through workshops and boot camps for students, enabling them to innovate and grow their skills.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee session logistics ensuring timely and smooth execution, including troubleshooting any technical difficulties.
- Interact with mentees during sessions to answer their questions and facilitate connections with mentors when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of attendance, engagement, and key session metrics.
- Manage WhatsApp groups by sharing updates, reminders, and motivational content, while addressing mentee queries and fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Conduct bi-weekly calls with mentees to evaluate their experience, provide support, document feedback, and help resolve any concerns.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be able to work remotely and dedicatedly for a 6-month period.
- Availability to start the internship between September 4, 2026, and October 9, 2026.
- Interest and relevant skills in event management, client interaction, and communication.
Additional Information
- Internship duration: 6 months, starting immediately.
- Work schedule: 5 days per week.
- Stipend: Between INR 1000 and 2000 per month.
- Opportunities include a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful conclusion of the internship.
- Limited to 20 openings.
