Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage various social media profiles by regularly posting relevant content.
- Conduct research to identify current trends, effective hashtags, and sources of inspiration.
- Set and strive to meet monthly targets for engagement metrics such as likes, reach, and follower growth.
- Collaborate with content creators to provide constructive feedback; content creation itself is handled by other team members.
- Explore and suggest tools that enhance social media presence and growth.
Candidate Eligibility
- Candidates must be able to work from home and commit to working hours from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Indian Standard Time, aligning with the company's time zone (5:30 am - 8:30 am GMT).
- Applicants should be ready to begin between September 7, 2026 and October 12, 2026.

Stipend and Benefits
- This is a paid internship offering a monthly stipend between INR 19,000 and 21,000, including a fixed component of INR 15,000-16,000 plus incentives of INR 4,000-5,000.

Additional Requirements
- Preferably, candidates should possess at least 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
