Chase Protein, an Indian sports nutrition brand dedicated to providing affordable and high-quality products, is seeking enthusiastic interns for Customer Support & Sales. This opportunity will involve direct customer engagement supporting fitness enthusiasts and athletes by addressing their queries and guiding product choices tailored to their wellness goals.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, WhatsApp, and email, assisting with orders, product details, complaints, and general support.
- Advise customers on selecting appropriate products based on their dietary needs and fitness objectives.
- Convert incoming queries into sales by effectively handling objections and establishing customer trust.
- Perform follow-ups for abandoned shopping carts, pending orders, and after-sales queries.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues such as delayed shipments, product damages, and refunds.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

- Must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship for a period of two months starting between September 9, 2026, and October 14, 2026.

Required Skills and Qualities
- Proficient spoken and written English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of health, fitness, and nutrition, including confidence in discussing proteins, macronutrients, and product benefits.
- Patient and polite demeanor with a solutions-focused approach to customer service.
- Comfortable using basic digital tools like Excel or Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and helpdesk software.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, capable of working with minimal supervision in a small team environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹28,000, composed of a fixed pay between ₹12,000 and ₹20,000 and performance incentives from ₹4,000 to ₹8,000.
- Certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful internship completion.
