Key Responsibilities

• Escalate customer complaints appropriately beyond your immediate scope when needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media platforms.
• Confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders directly with customers.
• Build durable and trustworthy relationships through professional and empathetic communication.
• Utilize effective tools and methods to deliver accurate, detailed, and comprehensive information.
• Achieve designated call handling targets.
• Collect and analyze client information to assist management in product or service recommendations.
• Provide timely solutions and alternatives and ensure follow-up until resolution.
• Maintain records of client interactions and manage customer accounts diligently.
• Adhere to company policies, communication protocols, and rules.

Candidate Eligibility

• Available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Internship start date between September 7, 2026, and October 12, 2026.
• Commitment for a 3-month internship period.
• Possess relevant skills and interest in customer service roles.

Additional Details

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹10,000. Successful interns may receive a job opportunity upon completion. This role is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
