Nae Skincare Private Limited is seeking a Customer Journey & Community Intern who will be instrumental in enriching customer experiences and cultivating an engaged community around our skincare brand. This role requires knowledge in customer support, client relationship management, community engagement, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer support via email, telephone, and social media channels.
- Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee and participate in our online community by responding to customer queries, moderating conversations, and fostering engagement.
- Develop captivating content for social media platforms to keep customers informed and motivated about our offerings.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Analyze customer feedback and related data to detect trends and identify potential enhancements in the customer journey.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure a unified, smooth experience across all customer touchpoints.
