Join BabyBillion as a Curriculum Designer Intern, collaborating with our Content, Creative, and Learning teams to create educational content tailored to children's developmental stages. This internship involves designing lesson plans, activities, and frameworks to foster interactive and enjoyable learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop age-appropriate, engaging educational content for young learners.
- Construct lesson plans, worksheets, and comprehensive learning activities.
- Conduct research on curriculum standards and pedagogical methodologies.
- Work closely with scriptwriters, illustrators, animators, and content developers to produce educational materials.
- Ensure all content meets developmental milestones and specific learning goals.
- Refine and update educational content based on evaluations and feedback.
- Innovate interactive learning experiences through storytelling, games, music, and other creative mediums.
- Keep abreast of trends in early childhood education and instructional design.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from programs such as Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Curriculum or Instructional Design, Child Development, or relevant fields.
- Deep understanding of child learning processes and developmental psychology.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative problem-solving mindset and the ability to think innovatively.
- Excellent research capabilities and organizational skills for content creation.
- A passionate commitment to crafting meaningful educational experiences for kids.
- Preferred experience includes curriculum development, lesson planning, and familiarity with educational frameworks like Montessori, EYFS, CBSE, or IB.
- Additional advantages include experience with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini), storytelling, educational content production, and a portfolio of related materials.

This position is a full-time, onsite internship based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. It lasts for 6 months, with immediate start available between September 9 and October 14, 2026.
Compensation and Benefits
The stipend offers between ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month. Interns will receive a certificate upon completion, recognizing their contributions and learning.
