Business Development (Sales) Intern

About the Role

Join Italent | Bizgrow, a management consulting and outsourcing firm founded in 2009, as a Business Development (Sales) Intern. This role offers practical exposure to B2B sales and field sales processes, working alongside seasoned sales professionals to generate business leads and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform market research to uncover prospective leads and relevant industry sectors.
• Help design and implement sales tactics aligned with company goals.
• Partner with sales colleagues to develop customized client presentations and proposals.
• Engage in client interactions and sales calls to gauge customer needs and preferences.
• Maintain and update the CRM system ensuring precise record-keeping of sales leads and opportunities.
• Assist in generating sales analytics reports and reviewing performance metrics.
• Contribute to special initiatives and assignments supporting the sales team’s success.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship spanning 6 months.
• Applicants should reside in or be able to work from Ahmedabad, Delhi, Pune, Surat, Hyderabad, or Raipur.
• Must be able to commence the internship between September 10, 2026, and October 15, 2026.
• Relevant skills and keen interest in sales and business development are essential.

Additional Information

• This internship is onsite at one of the specified cities.
• The internship duration is 6 months starting immediately.
• Stipend ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 30,000 per month.
• Certificate of completion will be provided upon successful internship fulfillment.
• There are 10 openings for this position.
