Kalachain Creative Technologies Private Limited, a pioneering Web3 startup dedicated to innovating the performing arts certification landscape through blockchain solutions, is seeking a Business Development intern. This internship offers hands-on experience working with academic blockchain infrastructures to facilitate credential verification.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with a curated list of schools and colleges to conduct outreach, including physically visiting local Hyderabad venues and telephoning remote institutions, while meticulously recording their feedback in shared tracking sheets.
- Conduct in-person visits to prominent music and dance colleges and elite schools within Hyderabad to present and promote the national 'Best Performer Award' to Heads of Departments and Dance Mentors.
- Perform remote outreach by calling and emailing out-of-town educational institutions from the provided database.
- Oversee live event operations including managing Google Meet sessions, monitoring registration based on school codes, and coordinating student portfolio submissions during the event weekend scheduled for September 12-13.
Requirements
- Residency within the Hyderabad/Secunderabad area is mandatory.
- Possession of a personal two-wheeler (motorbike/scooter) with a valid driving license for local travel.
- Access to a personal laptop to maintain and update tracking documents (Google Sheets).
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both English and Telugu.
Compensation and Benefits
- Weekly stipend ranging from INR 4,000 to 6,000, composed of a fixed base pay of INR 3,000 disbursed upon completion of data logging.
- A fuel and travel allowance of INR 1,000 per week to support local visits.
- Performance incentives offering INR 2,000 bonuses for every 20 paid student registrations attributed to the intern's tracked school codes, with no earning cap.
- A certificate of internship completion.
Eligibility
The opportunity is ideal for candidates available for part-time commitment immediately, with a duration of one month. Applicants must be local to Secunderabad and possess relevant skills and interests. The position welcomes women aiming to initiate or resume their professional careers.
