Key Responsibilities

• Interact with incoming leads through multiple communication channels such as direct messages, Messenger, SMS, and email.
• Identify prospects' objectives, challenges, and readiness by asking insightful questions.
• Establish trust and rapport with potential clients via clear, professional, and approachable communication.
• Evaluate and qualify leads based on criteria to schedule calls with the closing sales team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient written English communication skills essential.
• Ability to conduct natural and empathetic conversations effectively.
• Prior experience in sales or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Readiness to work according to US time zones.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and oriented towards achieving goals.
• Basic knowledge of sales funnels and lead qualification preferred; willingness to learn is important.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available to work remotely, able to start between September 6th and October 11th, 2026, and commit to a one-month internship. Women looking to initiate or resume their career are particularly encouraged.
