About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience managing operations across multiple CMPTL centers. Interns will be involved in project and documentation management, providing essential support to various teams and consultants, coordinating meetings, managing communications including proposals, reviewing consultant timesheets, partner program management, and recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational tasks for multiple CMPTL centers.
- Handle project-related tasks and documentation management.
- Provide necessary support to teams spanning different centers.
- Coordinate and liaise with consultants effectively.
- Arrange meetings and manage scheduling for consultants.
- Dispatch emails and proposals as guided by consultants.
- Facilitate information sharing and support following discussions with reporting consultants.
- Evaluate and review consultants' timesheets regularly.
- Contribute to managing partner programs.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
Additional Involvement
Based on personal skills, availability, and company needs, interns may engage in:
- Supporting event organization similar to those hosted by CMPTL.
- Coordinating online meetings with partners, including specific session management.
- Scheduling and calendar coordination for consultant meetings.
- Assisting with offline event planning and coordination alongside partners and teams.
- Providing travel and on-site support for events and meetings when necessary.
- Aiding recruitment efforts to identify potential Independent Business Associates (IBAs), including Alpha level associates, as part of CMPTL's broader partner ecosystem.

Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹6,000 to ₹19,500. This is based on an hourly payment model of ₹55 per hour, with work hours translating into varied stipend amounts (e.g., 100 hours equals ₹5,500; 200 hours equals ₹11,500; 300 hours equals ₹16,500). Incentives related to business development may be added beyond the hourly remuneration. Upon successful completion and conversion to a full-time employee, the expected annual salary ranges between ₹300,000 and ₹500,000.
