Join Innow8 as a Backend Software Developer Intern, where you will engage in meaningful backend projects and acquire practical experience. In this role, you will work with a variety of technologies including MySQL, Python, MongoDB, Django, Node.js, PostgreSQL, GitHub, Express.js, REST API, Flask, NestJS, Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, TypeScript, Docker, and OAuth, contributing to the creation of innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior engineers to architect and develop backend services.
- Manage and maintain databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Amazon RDS.
- Develop RESTful APIs utilizing Node.js, Express.js, and Flask to ensure smooth system integrations.
- Leverage cloud infrastructure including Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3 to build scalable applications.
- Employ TypeScript to produce strongly typed and maintainable code.
- Use Docker containers for application deployment and portability efficiency.
- Incorporate OAuth protocols to enforce secure access controls.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient in Node.js and backend frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.
- Experienced in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Strong command of relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with authentication methods including JWT, OAuth, and Firebase Auth.
- Knowledgeable about cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or DigitalOcean.
- Experience with Docker, continuous integration/delivery pipelines, and server deployments.
- Ability to integrate AI APIs and third-party services.
- Preferred experience with WebSockets, real-time communication, and IoT connectivity.
- Skilled in using Git and GitHub for code collaboration.
- Strong analytical, debugging, system design, and problem-solving capabilities.
