About the Role
We are looking for a Project Operations Intern to facilitate the smooth management of non-technical AI data projects. This internship involves coordinating between a network of freelancers, internal teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the comprehensive execution of AI-related data projects assigned.
- Liaise with freelancers handling tasks such as data gathering and annotation.
- Provide freelancers with detailed instructions on processes, project expectations, and quality requirements.
- Assign tasks considering the nature of the project, priorities, and ongoing needs.
- Track daily work submissions and follow up on any delays or pending assignments.
- Conduct reviews of delivered work for accuracy and completeness according to project guidelines.
- Help freelancers identify and fix mistakes in their submitted work.
- Keep precise and updated records including trackers, project documentation, and delivery notes.
- Monitor key project milestones to ensure timelines are met.
- Engage with clients to clear doubts, update progress, and respond to their queries.
Candidate Eligibility
- Available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Gurgaon for a period of 6 months.
- Ready to start between September 9, 2026, and October 14, 2026.
- Enrolled in or fresh graduate from BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related disciplines with appropriate skills and interest.
