About the Internship

This internship offers the opportunity to create captivating and educational videos for children using generative AI and animation technologies. The role demands a blend of imaginative storytelling, technical skills, and a deep commitment to educational goals, enabling the production of compelling visual content. You will collaborate across teams specializing in education, design, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine animated or mixed-media videos for Peblo’s platform utilizing AI-based video creation tools and creative software.
• Work in partnership with writers, educators, and designers to translate educational scripts and objectives for children 5 to 12 years old into engaging visuals.
• Continuously test and implement cutting-edge AI animation and video tools to enhance production speed, quality, and creativity.
• Create story-driven video content that emotionally connects with viewers while reflecting Peblo's educational values.
• Customize video content to suit diverse cultural backgrounds, especially resonating with Indian children but maintaining universal appeal.
• Contribute to the development of visual style guides to shape the company’s animation and video identity at a national level.
• Manage the entire AI video production workflow from conceptualization through to post-production and final delivery.
• Adapt quickly to tight deadlines and iterative feedback to enhance the quality of creative works.
• Stay informed about emergent trends, tools, and techniques in AI-driven video generation and children’s media.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of experience producing animation or mixed-media videos, preferably using generative AI technologies, for educational or entertainment platforms.
• Proficient with AI-powered animation and video generation platforms such as Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Animaker, or Kaiber.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating narrative-driven video/animation aimed at children or educational audiences.
• Exceptional visual storytelling and design skills suited for young viewers.
• Able to respond constructively to creative feedback and work effectively in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet stringent deadlines.
• Understanding of Indian cultural contexts to localize visual content appropriately.
• Effective communication skills capable of thriving in a remote, collaborative setting.
• Preferred skills include experience working with cross-functional teams (writers, educators, product teams), passion for educational innovation, and knowledge of new AI creative tools.

• Monthly Stipend: INR 12,000 to 15,000

Eligibility
