Academic Operations Coordinator Internship - Remote Part-Time

About the Internship

This internship offers the opportunity to manage academic operations remotely for Crack Physics, a coaching institute specializing in NEET and JEE preparation. The daily responsibilities include managing communications, coordinating live classes, monitoring student progress, and overseeing recruitment and intern supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to WhatsApp communications from students, parents, teachers, and interns, aiming for responses within 30 seconds for routine messages.
• Remain alert and continuously available during shifts to handle urgent issues or live class problems within 10 seconds and resolve them immediately.
• Check website-generated leads every 10 minutes, evaluate inquiries, share updates/screenshots, and respond swiftly via website and WhatsApp.
• Manage end-to-end live class coordination including scheduling, sending meeting links, reminders, attendance tracking, rescheduling, communication, and resolving live class challenges.
• Prepare and communicate the next day's class schedules accurately to students and teachers along with necessary reminders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records including sheets, attendance, schedules, class reports, and operational trackers.
• Monitor student package usage, class hours available, pending fees, and renewals, ensuring follow-ups are carried out before package expiration.
• Coordinate effectively with all stakeholders ensuring conversations are tracked until completion.
• Assist with teacher and intern recruitment by handling applications, screening, communications, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Supervise assigned interns by monitoring their tasks, deadlines, providing instructions and helping resolve operational challenges.
• Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools responsibly for communication and operational tasks, ensuring accuracy of details such as names, timings, links, and dates before sending.
• Simultaneously handle multiple tasks with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, independently manage pending follow-ups, and complete operational or academic duties as needed.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available to work remotely and start between September 7, 2026, and October 12, 2026.
• Commit to a 6-month internship duration.
• Exhibit relevant skills and a strong interest in the role.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English skills with professional message drafting capability.
• High responsiveness and constant attentiveness during working hours.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently across communication platforms, scheduling, spreadsheets, live class coordination, and follow-ups.
• Exceptional attention to detail in managing schedules, names, links, fee records, and communications.
• Strong sense of ownership, quick learning ability, and ability to execute tasks independently without frequent supervision.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, online education platforms, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Access to a laptop or desktop and an additional device, with reliable high-speed internet and preferably a backup connection.
• Full availability throughout the assigned shift in a work-from-home setting.
• Serious, responsible, proactive, organized, accurate candidates who are excellent multitaskers are preferred.

Stipend and Perks

• Monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to INR 10,001.
