Role Overview

This full-time, onsite role based in Jaipur demands a Video Editor skilled in transforming raw footage into captivating videos tailored for marketing campaigns, events, hackathons, and social media channels. Responsibilities include assembling video clips, applying smooth transitions, synchronizing audio, enhancing color grading and visual style, and crafting basic motion graphics to strengthen storytelling. The role requires close collaboration with creative, marketing, and community teams to grasp project briefs, uphold brand consistency, and meet tight delivery schedules. Additionally, the Video Editor will manage media assets, propose innovative video concepts, and optimize video content for various digital platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in video editing and production processes including raw footage management, timeline editing, and exporting in multiple formats.
• Strong competency in color grading and visual enhancement ensuring consistent and engaging aesthetics across projects.
• Ability to create motion graphics elements such as intros, outros, overlays, and visual cues to support storytelling.
• Experience with leading editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects, alongside foundational audio editing skills.
• Preferred experience producing short-form digital content tailored for social media platforms.
• Keen attention to detail, excellent time management, and effective teamwork skills in a fast-paced innovative environment.
• A diploma or degree in film, media, design, or related fields, or demonstrable equivalent expertise in video editing and production is advantageous.
