About the Role

The Team Member Plus position offers a highly versatile role involving work across various departments within the resort. This role embodies the core value of 'Getting Stuck In' by supporting multiple teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience. On Mondays and Fridays, duties focus primarily on cleaning guest accommodations, while the rest of the week includes responsibilities in diverse areas such as sports and activities, food and beverage services including restaurants, quick-serve outlets, buffets, bars, shops, and even the fairground. Occasionally, you may support more than one area during a single shift.

Additionally, there is an opportunity to pursue apprenticeships within this role, including Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses. More information on these apprenticeships is available during recruitment.

Candidate Profile

We seek enthusiastic, adaptable individuals who enjoy acquiring new skills and collaborating with others. Prior experience is not required; what is essential is a positive attitude, energy, willingness to engage fully, and a genuine desire to enhance the guest experience. Throughout your initiation, you'll benefit from a structured 90-day induction and peer support via a buddy system. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across guest-facing segments, ideal for those interested in a hospitality career.

Applicants with qualifications such as FA Level 1 Football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH personal licence are especially welcome to apply.

Position Details

• Full-time employment
• Approximately 30-35 hours weekly, spread over 5 days each week
• Shifts include evenings and weekends
• Live-in accommodations are available for relocating candidates
