Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Ensure the store’s appearance meets standards, oversee ordering processes, implement presentation guidelines, and manage daily tasks
• Handle personnel matters, including staff scheduling and encouraging employee growth
• Recruit and build your store team
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss results and store development strategies

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a comparable retail management role
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with high responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
• Available for a 40-hour workweek, 5 days per week, including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to undertake an eight-week training program at one of our trainer stores in Germany
