Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Platform Owner and embed with delivery teams to design solutions and enforce architectural governance across the customer applications environment.
- Oversee systems integral to customer transactions and experiences, including billing, monetisation, customer care, order and inventory management, eCommerce, and the integration layers connecting these components.
- Operate across platforms such as Salesforce, web applications, and middleware/API services to ensure architectural consistency and robustness.
- Stay actively involved with delivery teams, providing ongoing architectural direction, ensuring solutions are practical, deliverable, and aligned with the overarching vision.
- Lead the strategic review and transformation of the customer applications architecture over 2–3 years, targeting meaningful modernization beyond incremental updates.
- Translate business and functional requirements into clear and feasible solution designs that adhere to architecture principles and platform standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering and delivery teams, reviewing designs to maintain alignment with architectural intent.
- Identify and manage architectural risks, integration hurdles, dependencies, and technical debt early to mitigate potential delivery issues.
- Create concise documentation and guidance materials to support consistent, informed decision-making across projects.
- Collaborate within a broader architecture capability to ensure technology strategy is cohesive and domains do not operate in isolation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience in solution architecture or senior engineering roles within digital or platform-centric technology settings.

- Strong grasp of API-driven integrations, middleware design, and contemporary cloud technology patterns.
- Proven expertise working with cross-functional delivery teams and third-party technology partners.
- Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder communication skills, capable of articulating architectural decisions clearly to diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills
