Role Overview

As a Fullstack Software Engineer on the Evisort team, you will collaborate across engineering, product, design, and data science teams to enhance our AI-driven contract platform. Your work will span development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, user-oriented solutions that streamline legal and business contract management worldwide.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to shape product vision, roadmap, and strategy.

Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

• Over 5 years experience in software engineering.
• At least 3 years using a web development framework, preferably Python-based such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Minimum 3 years experience with relational databases, PostgreSQL preferred.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Developing and maintaining SaaS products in cloud environments, with AWS favored.
• Understanding of distributed system architectures and their tradeoffs.
• Strong knowledge of best software methodologies including DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
• Hands-on with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with additional languages such as Java and TypeScript is a plus.
• A track record of thriving in agile, high-speed, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adept at managing ambiguity and breaking down complex problems into practical solutions.
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and continuously improving team culture.

Compensation and Work Model

The compensation varies by location, ranging between $112,000 - $168,000 CAD annually, with potential eligibility for bonuses and stock grants. Workday promotes a hybrid work approach, expecting at least 50% in-office time each quarter, flexible to team and individual needs.
