Shift Manager

Job Purpose

As a Shift Manager at Checkers & Rally's, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee successful shift operations, contributing to sales, profits, and outstanding service for both Guests and Team members. Your role supports creating a restaurant environment that is first choice for customers and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Boost sales and profits through enhancing Guest satisfaction and effective management of restaurant operations.
• Report concerns or suggestions regarding the restaurant, staff, or Guests promptly to the General Manager.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during shifts and provide training to Team Members on operational standards and customer service.
• Address customer complaints and policy violations swiftly and appropriately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable workplace for both employees and Guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably within Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) settings.
• Basic proficiency in math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with extended hours.
• High energy levels to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
