Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Plan shifts, monitor team performance, and take initiative to meet company standards.
• Ensure food safety, uphold safety and security protocols, and supervise daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Provide training and coaching to team members, facilitating a positive and energetic work environment.
• Communicate effectively with incoming Shift Managers to ensure smooth shift transitions and continuity.
• Contribute to meeting restaurant targets and operational goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, particularly in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings.
• Positive attitude, flexible availability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
