Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Development Device Engineer specializing in Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD) device development to join our team in Pasir Ris, Singapore. The role focuses on advancing BCD platform devices with a strong emphasis on device simulation, design, testing, and characterization to support timely delivery and reliability qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and improve novel BCD platform semiconductor devices.
- Perform Technology Computer-Aided Design (TCAD) simulations and ensure accurate deck calibration.
- Design, analyze, and create layouts for device test structures.
- Conduct bench testing on devices, including DC, high voltage (HV), reliability testing, and detailed characterization.
- Optimize device performance for on-time delivery and successful reliability certification.
Required Skills and Capabilities
- Strong foundation in semiconductor device physics and analytical skills, particularly in bipolar and power devices.
- Preferably experienced in BCD device development and characterization processes.
- Practical knowledge in TCAD simulation, calibration, device layout, and bench testing of power devices is an advantage.
- Effective communication and collaborative skills to work well within a team environment.
- Highly self-motivated with a keen desire for continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications
- Preferably hold a Master's degree or Ph.D. in Physics or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant professional experience in BCD device development is preferred.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
