Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and prioritize product roadmaps aligned to vision and goals.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to define and achieve technical and delivery objectives for the engineering squad.
• Architect and evolve systems ensuring they meet high standards of reliability, resilience, and cybersecurity.
• Balance introducing new features with maintaining technical sustainability, code maintainability, and mitigating risks.
• Provide strong technical guidance to teammates on design and architecture decisions that align with long-term plans.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software and continuous improvement of processes.
• Track project health including delivery progress, reliability metrics, and technical debt, addressing underlying issues.
• Engage regularly with engineers to discuss performance, support career growth with mentoring and constructive feedback.
• Assist with recruiting engineers for the product team when needed.

What We Expect From You

• Experience working with modern full-stack web technologies such as Next.js, React.js, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Strong technical involvement through architecture reviews, design documentation, code reviews, and hands-on support.
• Ability to provide clarity by helping teams prioritize tasks, plan effectively, and focus in complex project environments.
• Understanding of scaling software systems and engineering practices, contributing to architecture, testing, observability, and infrastructure improvements.
• A collaborative mindset embracing shared success and cross-functional teamwork across domains and agencies.
• A sense of ownership to uphold high standards in quality, security, and delivery outcomes.
