Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers specializing in AI to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. In this position, you will contribute both technically and strategically, collaborating closely with engineering and customer delivery teams. You’ll be instrumental in developing AI Co-Worker systems and the underlying platform that support complex operational workflows for enterprise clients, while ensuring scalability, security, and flexibility across diverse AI models and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI Co-Worker systems enabling persona-based AI agents to execute comprehensive operational workflows securely on our proprietary platform.
- Maintain a model-agnostic platform architecture that integrates large language models (LLMs) and AI frameworks from established and emerging providers.
- Develop and integrate robust, secure, and scalable APIs for deployment within extensive enterprise environments.
- Engage closely with customers to understand their operational needs deeply and ensure delivered solutions surpass expectations.
Candidate Profile and Experience
- Possess a minimum of seven years’ experience in software development with solid programming expertise in modern web technologies, particularly Node.js and TypeScript.
- Demonstrate familiarity with AI frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Have experience building software systems where security and data governance are integral to design, not secondary considerations.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills complemented by a commitment to thorough execution.
