Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer expert in Node.js and React to develop scalable, high-performance applications serving millions of users. This role involves end-to-end ownership of software features and close collaboration with product and design teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy full-stack features covering Node.js backend services and React frontends.
• Create, design, and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs that define frontend-backend interactions.
• Make architectural decisions on data modeling, service boundaries, and component structures incorporating event-driven paradigms.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, selecting appropriate technologies per requirements.
• Write clean, well-tested code and implement monitoring and debugging tools to ensure system reliability.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing in software engineering, particularly with Node.js and React.
• Proficiency in designing and managing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience using modern version control workflows, continuous integration/deployment pipelines, and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong abilities in system design including data modeling, component architecture, and event-driven development.
• Hands-on experience with both relational SQL databases and NoSQL stores like MongoDB.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for complex distributed systems and strong debugging capabilities.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, fully remote setting.

• An AI-focused mindset utilizing AI-aided development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot to enhance productivity while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Background in critical domains such as e-commerce, payments, or video streaming platforms is advantageous.
• Willingness to overlap working hours for roughly 6-7 hours daily aligning with US Pacific Time Zone.
