Senior Full Stack ASP.NET Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in ASP.NET technologies to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time role requires working from our office premises with office hours from 10 AM to 8 PM, including 3 Sundays off per month. The monthly salary ranges between ₹25,000 and ₹30,000 net. Accommodation is optionally available for male candidates on-site. Candidates should be aged between 25 to 50 years.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance the Pendura ERP system and related software.
• Create scalable web applications using ASP.NET MVC, Core, and related frameworks.
• Develop and maintain secure RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services including payment gateways.
• Optimize application and database performance through query and index tuning.
• Design and operate SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, views, triggers, and backups.
• Build responsive user interfaces utilizing HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Perform thorough code reviews, debug complex production issues, and uphold consistent coding standards.
• Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms following security best practices.
• Manage version control with Git and platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Codex, and ChatGPT to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and deployment operations on IIS and cloud environments.
• Conduct regular application backups, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure security, reliability, and scalability.
• Continuously refine application architecture to support future growth and feature expansion.

Required Skills and Technologies

• Proficient in ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, C#, .NET Framework, and .NET versions 6 through 8.
• Strong experience with Entity Framework (Core), LINQ, and SQL Server database management including schema design and optimization.
• Solid frontend development skills in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and creating responsive designs.
• Hands-on experience developing REST APIs with JSON, including API authentication methods and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with version control tools Git, GitHub, and preferably GitLab.
• Working knowledge of deployment and server management on IIS and Windows Server; experience with Microsoft Azure and Docker is desirable.
• Security expertise with JWT, OAuth, role-based access control, and prevention of common web vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, XSS, and CSRF.
• Use of AI-based coding assistants for enhanced development efficiency.

Preferred Professional Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in full stack ASP.NET development.
• Track record of delivering three or more enterprise-grade web applications.
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, HRMS, inventory management, e-commerce, or SaaS projects.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, scalability, and refactoring legacy code.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum workflows.

Additional Recommended Skills

• Knowledge of microservices and clean architecture design principles.
• Expertise with design patterns, dependency injection, repository pattern, and SOLID principles.
• Experience in unit and integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
• Logging frameworks such as Serilog or NLog and caching solutions like Redis.
• Real-time communication using SignalR, background job processing with Hangfire, and search technologies like Elasticsearch.
• Integration with AI APIs, payment gateways, SMS, and email services.
• Report generation using Crystal Reports, RDLC, or SSRS, and formats including PDF and Excel.

• This position mandates working from the office; remote work is not permitted.
