Senior Assistant Store Manager

Job Overview

The Senior Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in fostering excellent Guest Services and assisting the Store Manager with overall store operations. This includes maximizing sales and profit margins by leading staff development, managing expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory controls in compliance with company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $19.00 to $19.25, determined by qualifications and experience.

Work Schedule and Physical Requirements

The position requires up to 38 hours of work weekly. Candidates need to be at least 18 years old. The job entails physical activity including standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per day.
