Security Officer

About the Role

Heritage Companies is expanding its Security team and seeks reliable and professional Security Officers for various Albuquerque locations. This opportunity welcomes both experienced individuals and those new to the security field. Heritage will sponsor your Level 1 Guard Card and other necessary certifications, including CPR, helping you to develop important qualifications while working for a prominent New Mexico hospitality organization.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn $18 per hour
• Heritage covers the cost of your Level 1 Guard Card

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols of designated areas and oversee property activities
• Maintain safety and security for guests, staff, and visitors
• Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, disturbances, or safety issues
• Monitor entry and exit points as well as other specified locations
• Accurately document incidents and complete necessary security reports
• Assist guests and colleagues requiring security assistance
• Identify and report any potential security or safety hazards
• Communicate professionally with Security management and property supervisors
• Adhere to established emergency, safety, and security protocols
• Exemplify a helpful, professional, and hospitality-oriented security presence

• Previous experience in security, hospitality, military, law enforcement, or customer service is advantageous
