Salesforce Developer (Lightning Web Components)

Role overview

This role is for an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep hands-on work in Lightning Web Components and Salesforce platform customization. You will build, enhance, and migrate Salesforce applications, with a focus on solutions that are scalable, efficient, and based on standard Salesforce capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Create and tailor Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components.
• Review existing Salesforce Classic customizations and move suitable parts to Lightning Experience.
• Architect solutions that rely on Salesforce out-of-the-box features and configuration where possible.
• Set up business process automation through Lightning Flows.
• Analyze code and refine it for better performance and easier maintenance.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions.

Required expertise

• At least 5 years of practical Salesforce development experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Lightning Web Components.
• Experience migrating solutions from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
• Sound understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation.
• Experience reviewing code and using code analysis tools.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Java, and JSON.

Good-to-have skills

• Exposure to Angular Framework.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs and web services.
