About the Role

This position is based at the Falkirk office of Link's C~urb Property Refurbishment team but requires travel across Link’s broader operational areas. The role involves working a 39-hour week from Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, and Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm. As an experienced plasterer/tiler, you will contribute as part of a multi-skilled trade team handling rewires, refurbishments, and kitchen and bathroom installations. Flexibility in workload planning and meeting project timescales is essential.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Deliver plastering and tiling with high standards of quality and customer service.
• Complete multi-trade tasks as part of the wider refurbishment scope including rewires and installations.
• Plan and manage workloads independently, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Travel to various sites within Link’s operational regions as required; a valid driving licence is mandatory.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

Applicants should hold an NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Plastering and demonstrate relevant experience. A strong understanding of plaster manufactured components and associated core trades is needed. Commitment to excellent customer care and health and safety is essential, including awareness of relevant legislation and construction methods, both traditional and modern.
