Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and people-focused Organizational Development Manager to lead initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, boost employee engagement, and drive sustainable business success. This role requires evaluating organizational needs, crafting people and organizational strategies, and facilitating culture change. You will play a key role in refining organizational structures, processes, and working methods by partnering with leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify capability gaps and create talent development initiatives.
- Assist with change management and establish efficient organizational frameworks.
- Leverage employee feedback and business analytics to pinpoint improvement areas and develop actionable strategies.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
- Deep knowledge of organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, culture transformation, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to convert data insights into practical recommendations.
- Experience designing and executing organizational development programs aligned with strategic goals.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with employee surveys, competency frameworks, performance management systems, succession planning, and organizational diagnostics tools.
- A strategic, adaptable, and cooperative mindset committed to fostering inclusive and high-performing workplaces.
