Job Overview

The Operations Control Specialist role is pivotal within the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, ensuring efficient emergency medical services and seamless coordination among teams and agencies. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record and categorize emergency cases using the Operations Management System.
• Continuously monitor and coordinate the presence and readiness of emergency response teams.
• Manage and supervise the operations control room, with direct experience overseeing this function between 2014 and 2017.
• Serve as assistant manager of the control room in the Eastern Region, supporting operational leadership.
• Coordinate volunteer efforts within the operations control environment to optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with government bodies to develop and implement comprehensive emergency preparedness plans.
• Design and implement staff development programs aimed at enhancing team capabilities.
• Prepare performance indicator presentations and innovate strategies to reduce delays in emergency services response.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing obtained in December 2008.
• Professionally certified with Certification Number 08-R-N-0238752.
• Emergency Medical Dispatcher Diploma from the International Academy for Emergency Medical Dispatch.
• Valid Ambulance Driver Safety Certification from the Saudi Red Crescent Authority.
• Fundamental management training and familiarity with Red Crescent operational procedures.
