Position Overview

Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) play a crucial role in ensuring that products are well-stocked and attractively presented, enhancing the customer's shopping experience while emphasizing safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement price updates, rotate products, and participate in special projects to improve product displays and fulfill supplier requirements and expectations.
• Execute merchandising strategies and guarantee proper product presentation to maximize sales potential.
• Construct displays and fixtures, utilizing both basic hand and power tools, and refresh display materials, signage, and brochures as needed.
• Work collaboratively in teams under on-site supervision, servicing multiple store departments, involving tasks such as repetitive lifting, bending, and operating lift equipment.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with fellow store associates and provide outstanding customer service to both internal team members and external customers.

Additional Details

• Positions are available for day and overnight shifts.
