About the Company and Role

Simba Advertising, based in Vadapalani, Chennai, is seeking a skilled and imaginative Graphic Designer experienced in branding and various print media designs to join their team full-time. The candidate should demonstrate excellent design abilities and be capable of delivering high-quality creative solutions in a bustling advertising setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed and visually appealing layouts for LED signboards, ACP elevation designs, vinyl prints, hoardings, flex banners, and retail branding projects.
• Develop innovative concepts for logos, brochures, visiting cards, product catalogs, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Prepare print-ready artwork optimized for UV printing, eco-solvent printing, vinyl cutting, and fabrication processes.
• Coordinate closely with the production team to verify precise specifications such as size, color accuracy, and printing details.
• Incorporate client feedback to refine designs and ensure punctual delivery of all projects.
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of artwork and branding resources.
• Support marketing and sales teams with client presentations and mock-up creation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW is essential.
• Strong expertise in color theory, typography, layout design, and brand identity development.
• Prior experience in signage, print media design, and working with fabrication techniques is advantageous.
• The ability to translate client concepts into compelling visual designs effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with creativity.
• Capable of managing numerous projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline is preferred.
• Professional experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years within an advertising agency, signboard manufacturing company, or printing unit.

Compensation

The monthly salary offered ranges between 15,000 and 30,000 INR.
