Job Overview

Primary Duties
- Carry out diverse physical and general construction responsibilities contributing to steady project advancement and finalization.
- Execute tasks safely, efficiently, and with keen attention to detail.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues to sustain workflow and ensure quality across all operations on site.
- Uphold a safe, orderly, and efficient working environment by consistently following safety protocols and standards.
- Prepare construction sites, manage materials, and maintain construction equipment.
- Adhere strictly to safety practices and use mandated protective gear.
- Support other trades and teammates by assisting in assigned tasks to enhance project efficiency.
- Inspect worksites and materials to identify safety hazards or quality issues and report concerns.
- Keep tools, machinery, and workspaces clean and fully operable.
- Report progress and any difficulties encountered to the supervisory team for optimized workflow management.
Qualifications and Experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in general labor, construction, or related fields is mandatory.
- Must have OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification; OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification is advantageous.
