Role Overview
We seek a motivated Senior Sales Development Representative enthusiastic about AI to fuel growth in enterprise and mid-market segments. You will prospect, qualify leads, and arrange meetings and demos to build a robust sales pipeline, working with deals starting at $25,000 annually. This validated sales process offers you the chance to significantly influence new business generation.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads by identifying potential clients aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile globally, focusing primarily on the UK and US markets.
- Maintain engagement with prospects not yet ready to purchase through personalized outreach sequences, ensuring readiness for future conversion.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to thoroughly qualify leads following the BANT framework and develop tailored strategies to engage each account effectively.
- Utilize prospecting and contact management tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and Salesforce to manage pipeline and data accurately.
- Meet monthly qualified lead targets, with commission incentives tied to lead qualification and closed deals.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in outbound sales development targeting enterprise accounts, adept at multi-stakeholder engagement to secure initial meetings with senior buyers.
- Background in SaaS, technology sales, marketing technology, or creative production preferred, or strong interest in how major brands handle advertising procurement and marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing.
- Disciplined and persistent in outbound efforts across phone, email, and LinkedIn, treating pipeline creation as both an art and a quantitative pursuit.
- Comfortable navigating fast-evolving work environments and contributing to process enhancements.
- Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce and contemporary prospecting tools.
