Project Overview

This role focuses on a large-scale, complex, and mission-critical project with a highly reputable client and a skilled Mace team. The project operates within a highly regulated environment and demands exceptional quality standards and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer project documentation according to Mace's established standards and system procedures.
• Manage the onboarding process and grant system access to Mace personnel and external collaborators.
• Perform quality inspections on incoming documents and maintain precise distribution lists.
• Keep the work package matrix updated alongside proper document assignment.
• Generate and handle system reports and manage user permission settings.
• Assist with critical workflows such as Requests for Information (RFIs) while actively supporting Mace’s net-zero sustainability objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a degree is mandatory, along with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced technical knowledge covering design, construction, planning, and commercial management sectors.
• Comprehensive experience throughout the full life-cycle of construction project delivery, especially in complex, high compliance, or mission-critical contexts.
• Effective communication skills backed by demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and leadership roles.
• Professional qualifications or memberships in pertinent disciplines are required.
