Delivery Manager

Role Overview

As a Delivery Manager in a large global organization based in Bengaluru, you will oversee the comprehensive planning and implementation of technology deployments spanning various audit business units. Your role involves steering pilots, proof-of-concept initiatives, and early access efforts to ensure technology solutions meet business needs before broad launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to plan and execute technology rollouts across multiple audit units.
• Manage pilots and proof-of-concept programmes to validate and refine solutions pre-release.
• Design comprehensive adoption strategies including stakeholder engagement, onboarding, training, and feedback mechanisms.
• Monitor adoption rates, performance KPIs, and diagnose obstacles to effective usage, implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, change management, and training departments to ensure delivery aligns with user workflows and regional specifics.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 10 to 14 years of relevant experience in technology or programme delivery and change management within complex environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in program and technical program management involving AI/ML, data science, or analytics projects.
• Adept at handling multiple stakeholders and orchestrating rollouts across diverse business units.
• Proficient with agile methodologies and structured change management practices.
• Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Change Management, or related disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management frameworks.
• Familiarity with ADKAR or Kotter change management models.
• Background in audit, assurance, or professional services sectors is an advantage.
