Automation Anywhere Developer

Role Overview

The Automation Anywhere Developer will be responsible for executing the full lifecycle of RPA development within the architecture guidelines. This involves designing, developing, validating, and supporting automation solutions aligned with clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, validation, and support processes in compliance with the defined architecture.
• Engage in knowledge management initiatives to uphold superior client service standards within the technology domain, following company policies and standards.
• Gather and analyze both functional and non-functional requirements through documentation and collaboration with Business Analysts to effectively contribute to design, development, and testing stages.
• Perform impact analysis and prepare detailed design specifications based on the high-level architecture.
• Study application architecture documentation and collaborate with architects/designers to fully comprehend the system architecture.
• Develop artifacts including code, documentation, and unit test scripts; conduct peer reviews and unit testing to ensure quality and readiness for validation and deployment.
• Manage implementation activities ensuring smooth "Go Live" transitions adhering to the implementation plan for production readiness.
• Support ongoing testing, production support, maintenance, and contribute to knowledge management related to RPA solutions.

Additional Details

• Experience working hands-on with Automation Anywhere RPA implementation is required.
• Holding a Master Certification in any RPA tool is preferred.
• Job locations include Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Jaipur, Mysore, and Hyderabad.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
