Role Summary and Impact
The Performance Executive (Social) plays a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end management of paid social advertising campaigns for multiple clients. Responsibilities include planning, launching, optimising, and reporting on paid social initiatives to achieve client KPI targets while leveraging data analytics to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement. This position helps reinforce the agency’s paid social media capabilities and offers growth in digital marketing strategy expertise.
Core Responsibilities
- Implement, oversee, and enhance paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle including setup, real-time monitoring, optimisation, and performance reporting.
- Evaluate campaign metrics to ensure alignment with client goals and key performance indicators.
- Provide insightful recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness based on data analysis.
- Identify areas for growth and suggest optimisation approaches within client portfolios.
- Collaborate closely with Performance Managers and other internal teams to guarantee successful campaign execution.
- Handle multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Build and maintain positive relations with internal stakeholders and client representatives.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous learning in paid social media.
Success Milestones
- Within 3 Months: Gain foundational knowledge of paid social tools and campaign processes, establish key relationships, and assist with campaign setup and reporting tasks.
- Within 6 Months: Manage paid social campaigns independently across several clients, deliver regular reports with actionable insights, and streamline processes for improved efficiency.
- Within 12 Months: Become a subject expert on assigned clients’ social campaigns, drive enhanced performance, and actively support broader adoption of biddable media solutions for client growth.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 2 years of practical experience in paid social or digital marketing roles.
- Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms and buying mechanisms, particularly Meta and TikTok.
- Prior exposure to managing or assisting multiple client campaigns is advantageous.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret campaign data and extract meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when engaging with clients.
- A cooperative team player mindset and a genuine passion for digital media.
- Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and professional development within paid social marketing.
