Assistant Manager

Job Summary

Hobby Lobby, a fast-growing and upscale arts and crafts retailer, is looking for organized and customer-focused candidates with leadership aptitude to fill the role of Assistant Manager. This position involves supporting store operations and motivating a team in a dynamic retail environment offering art, craft supplies, home accents, seasonal goods, fabric, and floral products.

Role Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager will work hourly with an estimated weekly schedule of 40 to 48 hours. Typical work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with store closing duties twice weekly and every alternate Saturday. Store operating hours run from Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with Sundays off.
