Internship Responsibilities

As a Python Development intern, you will be actively involved in:

Creating and maintaining RESTful APIs using the FastAPI framework.
Designing and implementing robust database schemas with PostgreSQL.
Crafting efficient SQL queries and enhancing database performance.
Integrating external APIs and third-party services as needed.
Developing authentication and authorization features.
Working collaboratively with the team through version control systems such as Git.
Supporting debugging efforts and resolving technical issues.
Documenting API endpoints and database architecture thoroughly.
Engaging in agile development cycles and regular team meetings.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

The ideal applicants should:

Be available for a full-time onsite internship starting between September 1 and 21, 2026, lasting for 3 months.
Possess relevant skills and a keen interest in backend development (especially in Python and FastAPI).
Be Computer Science Engineering students or fresh graduates seeking to build career experience.
Women candidates aiming to start or resume their careers are welcomed.

Technical and Professional Skills Required

Solid grasp of Python programming concepts.
Experience with asynchronous programming in Python.
Hands-on proficiency with the FastAPI framework.
Ability to write raw SQL queries without reliance on ORMs.
Understanding of RESTful API design principles.
Basic knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker.
Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Awareness of security best practices in web application development.
Capability to write maintainable, clear, and well-documented code.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and adopt best industry standards.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and comfort with working in a team environment.
Interest in data structures and algorithms.

Stipend and Perks

Interns will receive a monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to 20,000. Additional benefits include:

Certification upon completion of the internship.
Letter of recommendation based on performance.
Potential job offer after successful conversion.
Work schedule of five days a week.
Complimentary snacks and beverages on-site.

Additional Information

Successful interns may be offered a full-time position with an expected salary between INR 500,000 to 850,000 per annum after conversion.
